Another great market in our 2024 season. It was slower foot traffic, but the people who showed up really supported our vendors! We expect this time of year to be slower, after the state fair season and school starts. Honestly, it's a nice way to end the season.
As far as the weather goes, it started out as a sticky, still morning. Then it was misting for a while. The radar wasn't showing anything, and it never turned into rain. The air definitely felt lighter when it cleared up. We even got a slight breeze afterwards.
A group from Our Saviour's Lutheran Church was set up offering free coffee and treats to everyone walking by! It was a nice of them to do that! They were also selling ticket to the AutumnFest Supper.
A lot of our vendors have started to shift into the fall theme! Garden Thyme had yummy pumpkin goodies and Second Time Around had cute fall decor. There are more fall examples, but I'll let you find them in the photos!
Our Vendors:
We've had a great time this season! Thank you to our vendors who haul their hundreds upon hundreds of pounds of goods each market. Thank you to our community for showing up to support our vendors!
Our next market is Saturday, September 28th! We'll be at John Brown Park again 8am-12pm.
Until then stay safe, be kind and we'll talk soon!
